Qualified bookkeepers will sort your documentation, enter the
necessary data into MYOB Accounting software, or other if
preferred, reconcile all necessary accounts, generate and print
financial reports and even file documentation. This service can be
performed in our Applecross office or in your specified home or
business office.
Set up MYOB Accounting Software
An MYOB Certified Consultant will visit your home or business
office, supply and install the preferred MYOB Accounting software,
set up a new Company data file, create a specific chart of accounts
for your business, link all of the appropriate accounts, set up
Payroll and any other individual business requirements.
Data Analysis
You can submit your MYOB data file to our office or an MYOB
Certified Consultant will visit your office and a thorough data
analysis will be performed. This will verify that the data has been
set up correctly, linked accounts are correct, tax codes have been
used and applied without error, payroll accounts are linked
appropriately to the superannuation, PAYG etc accounts, debtors and
creditors reconcile and any other concerns that you may have will
be addressed.
A simple, yet effective filing system will be created and
implemented for individual business needs.
Online/Telephone Support
On a periodic or by demand basis, an MYOB Certified Consultant
will use a remote desktop program that has been mutually agreed
upon between the client and Real Profit or via a telephone to give
ongoing support to your business. Outback clients welcome!
Upgrade MYOB Accounting Software
An MYOB Certified Consultant will visit your home or business
office, supply and install any upgrades that are required. |
